Dress code

 Students will be performing skills that require to be upside down. Leotards prevent shirts from going up over the students heads. (Students subconcious about their bodies can wear outerwear OVER the leotard). Hair must be tied back to prevent student and teacher stepping on their hair. Leggings or stockings cover scabbed knees, Band-Aids, bug bites, and siriasis. NO BARE FEET ALLOWED. This keeps our mats nice and clean. 

 Students will be performing skills that require feedback about alignment from a teacher or instructor. Hair much be tied back in a bun or braid. NO SOCKS. The floor is too slippery in socks or stockings. Students must have proper shoes to wear. (Students subconcious about their bodies can wear outer wear OVER their leotard).  

Boys have a dress code too! A form fitted t-shirt prevents shirts from going up over their heads. Form fitted clothing is easy to move around in. NO BARE Feet. Students must have proper footwear for class. For gymnastics this helps keep our mats nice and clean. For dance this prevents slipping.

Need a bag to put your dance or gymnastics wear in? We have you covered. Mommy and Me classes do stretches with teddy bears and perform a dance called Me and My Teddy Bear. Use our studio bears or purchase your own to bring to class!
